  • Kingfisher swoops across to Gildersome

    Longstanding designer, manufacturer and installer of windows, doors and conservatories, Kingfisher Windows have relocated and expanded by taking both Units R4 & T at Gildersome Spur, which provides circa 35,000 sq. ft of industrial and office accommodation. Kingfisher have committed to a 10 year lease agreement.

  • Panel makes the right decision

    Panel UK, a leading manufacturer of partitions and office screens based in Morley have expanded by taking Unit A2 at Gildersome Spur, which comprises 10,355 sq. ft. Panel UK have committed to a new 10 year lease and this new facility will become Panel UK’s third site in the immediate vicinity.

  • Apollo lands at Unit A1

  • Clade Expands at Gildersome Spur

    National refrigeration engineering company, Clade Engineering, whose clients include a number of national retailers, have expanded and committed themselves at Gildersome Spur by taking Units R1 & R2, which will provide an additional 18,000 sq. ft and therefore in total will occupy circa 29,000 sq. ft for a further 10 years. Clade Engineering are headquartered in Bristol and have further depots in Newcastle and Warrington.

  • Full House at Gildersome Spur

    Arc Building Solutions, a manufacturer of specialist insulation products have expanded into larger premises at Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. Arc Building Solutions originally relocated from Bradford in 2013 and occupied circa 20,000 sq. ft on the estate. They have now signed up to take Unit J which provides 42,000 sq. ft on a new 10 year lease.

    This marks a significant milestone for Gildersome Spur which is now officially fully occupied for the first time in its entire history. The estate which comprises approximately 470,000 sq. ft across 27 units was originally constructed in the 1970’s and remains to this day as one of the largest single owned industrial estates in the region.

  • Coral brightens up Gildersome Spur

    Coral Tools, a leading supplier of painting tools have relocated and taken larger premises at Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. Coral Tools were based in Morley and have taken Unit G1, which provides circa 11,000 sq. ft on a new 8 year lease.

  • The Eagle has Landed

    Dennis Eagle, part of the Terberg RosRoca Group, who are a world leader in the design and manufacture of refuse collection vehicles, have relocated their Leeds service centre to Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate to support the Lincolnshire consortium and the City of York Council. Dennis Eagle have taken Unit M which comprises 14,705 sq. ft on a new 10 year lease.

A1 Engineering are headquartered in Bristol and have further depots in Newcastle and Warrington.

  • Belgrade Insulation Expand

    National insulation supplier / distributor Belgrade Insulation their presence in Leeds by acquiring a further 10,500 sq. ft at Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. Belgrade already occupy 22,000 sq. ft on the estate and the deal ensures that Belgrade will continue to run their Leeds operations from the estate which is located immediately off Junction 27 of the M62.

Sharman Shaw’s original premises provide approx 17,000 sq. ft of production, manufacturing and storage space with ancillary office accommodation.   • Refurbishments Completed on 4 Vacant Units

    A full refurbishment of the 4 vacant properties at Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate have just been completed at a cost of over £300,000 by GL Hearn. The 4 units range in size from 8,000 sq. ft up to 21,000 sq. ft and total approximately 54,000 sq. ft.

    The tenant leases for Units A1, H1/H2, M and G3 had come to an end and some of the units were deemed in a state of disrepair. GL Hearn was appointed to carry out a dilapidation evaluation and were subsequently instructed to undertake the repair and refurbishment works on site in order to prepare the units to be placed back onto the market by the start of 2012.
