Coral brightens up Gildersome Spur

Coral Tools, a leading supplier of painting tools have relocated and taken larger premises at Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. Coral Tools were based in Morley and have taken Unit G1, which provides circa 11,000 sq. ft on a new 8 year lease.

Harry Fullerton at Gent Visick commented: “Occupational demand for high quality units in prime locations remains extremely strong and it is of no surprise that Unit G1 has been leased in such a short space of time. We now have only one unit left available on the estate as we get ever closed to reaching our ultimate goal of 100% occupancy.”

FTS powers on

Following an extensive refurbishment of Unit D3 Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate, which measures 8,600 sq. ft, FTS Event Power, a national supplier of power generators for the corporate and events industry have signed for a new 10 year lease.

Hazel Cooper from Carter Towler commented: “Orchard Street Investment Management continue to invest in the estate by committing to extensive refurbishments. Unit D3 was transformed into a high quality unit and as a result we secured FTS Event Power before the refurbishment has completed”.

Gildersome adds a little sparkle

We are delighted to announce that glitter paint supplier Hemway are the latest tenant to land at Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. They have taken Unit N1, which comprises 6,000 sq. ft on a new 3 year lease.

We are very excited to welcome Hemway to Gildersome and in further news we have recently secured another new tenant for Unit D3, which is the only other available unit on the estate”.

MacDonald Saves the Day

S MacDonald Commercial Services Ltd (SM UK) who are one of the UK’s leading automotive installers of electrical equipment have taken larger premises and moved onto Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. SM UK have take Unit G3 which comprises 9,905 sq. ft on a new 5 year lease.

Daniel Walker at Gent Visick comments; “The refurbishment of Unit G3 has only just completed and we are delighted to have secured yet another new tenant to the estate. The investment by the Landlord in upgrading any unit that comes vacant is clearly paying off and we will be shortly launching the last 2 available units on the estate over the course of 2018”.

The Eagle has Landed

Dennis Eagle, part of the Terberg RosRoca Group, who are a world leader in the design and manufacture of refuse collection vehicles, have relocated their Leeds service centre to Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate to support the Lincolnshire consortium and the City of York Council. Dennis Eagle have taken Unit M which comprises 14,705 sq. ft on a new 10 year lease.

Josh Holmes at Carter Towler comments; “Unit M provides a highly prominent unit on a highly secure estate, which is located only a few hundred yards from Junction 27 of the M62. Dennis Eagle needed a facility on the motorway network and we are delighted to have let this unit so quickly after the building had become vacant.”
