CM Downton & Neovia Re-Sign

Both national magazine distribution company CM Downton and global logistics / transport company Neovia have re-signed on their existing premises until 2024 and 2019 respectively. Gloucester based CM Downton who occupy 41,000 sq. ft at Gildersome Spur, have also expanded by leasing the neighbouring site, which comprises 1.8 acres for additional trailer parking, whilst Leicester based Neovia occupy 43,000 sq. ft.

Germans select Gildersome Spur

Alfons Haar, a German owned supplier of parts for road oil tankers have relocated from their existing premises close to Leeds City Centre to Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. Alfons Haar have taken a four year lease of Unit N1 which provides a modern 6,000 sq. ft distribution warehouse.

Arc Building Solutions, a manufacturer of specialist insulation products have relocated from their existing premises in Bradford to Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. Arc Building Solutions have taken a ten year lease of Units H1 / H2 which provides a modern 20,000 sq. ft distribution warehouse.

Gildersome Spur forms new Alliance

National supplier of non food products, Alliance Disposables have relocated from Birstall into bigger premises at Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. Alliance Disposables have moved into Unit M which provides a modern 15,000 sq. ft distribution facility.

Yorkshire Catering Equipment move into Units R3 / R4

Yorkshire Catering Equipment, a long established specialist in supplying and installing commercial catering equipment have relocated onto Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate from Batley. Their new home being Units R1 & R2 comprise approx 18,000 sq. ft with HQ style offices.
